We strive to set an example for how simple, sustainable, and delicious milk can and should be. From our roots in the anti-permeate movement, to our regenerative agricultural practices, we are committed to bringing you high-quality milk that’s healthy for you and the environment. The welfare of our cows and our pristine Illawarra pastures is our priority.

We keep our carbon footprint low. Grazing, milking, and bottling is all done on our farm, reducing emissions compared to conventional dairy which involves trucking milk from several farms to external processing plants and then on to stores.

Our cows spend their leisurely days roaming and chewing cud in the ocean breeze. We do our part to protect the ocean by using fully recyclable PET bottles to package our milk and avoid petrochemicals.

We produce honest, local milk that goes straight from the cows, to the bottle, and on to you. We can be sure that it’s pure and delicious because we don’t let it go anywhere that we don’t have control over its quality. No middlemen here – just us and you (and, well, the moos)!
